WELCOME TO SIMPLY ESSENTIAL CUSTOM CREATIONS!
 We take a lot of pride in our items and want you to love them just as much. Due to these being handmade there will be slight variations and there may be times that there will be small flaws. We always try our best to ensure your item is perfect and up to our high standard of quality, but if ever there is an issue with quality, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can correct it. 

TURN AROUND TIME
For any made to order items it can take 1-2 weeks to be ready for shipping, depending on size and complexity. We always strive to get you items to you as soon as possible.
If you have a special circumstance, please let us know and we will happy to try and accommodate you as best as we can. 
*Ready to ship items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. 

SHIPPING
Simply Essential Custom Creations uses various shipping methods to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible. You will receive notice as soon as your item ships along with tracking information. Simply Essential Custom Creations bears no responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once it leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee shipping times. If there is any issue with your item during the shipping process you will need to contact the shipping carrier and/or file any claims for lost/damaged items under their care. 
At this time, Simply Essentials Custom Creations only offers shipping within the United states. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of made to order items, they cannot be resold. Because of this we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. We begin working on your item very quickly in order to get it to you in a timely manner so if your order is not cancelled or changed within 24 hours then you will receive your item and payment will not be returned. Thank you for understanding. 
We always want to ensure your satisfied with your order so we will communicate with you during the process of making your order and do our best to accommodate your vision for your custom piece. 

WARRANTY
Simply Essential Custom Creations stand behind our product and ensure a high standard of craftsmanship so that you may enjoy your items for years to come. If there is ever an issue with craftsmanship or defects with any items used to complete your piece, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can repair/replace for you.
Warranty begins once the item is shipped.
Warranty does not cover general wear and tear,  abuse of items, or improper care and treatment. 
Home décor holds a warranty of 1 year.
Apparel hold a warranty of 90 days. *Please adhere to care instructions included with all apparel items.
Dishware holds warranty of 90 days. *Please adhere to care instructions included with dishware items.
Misc items hold a warranty of 90 days.
